The Faerie Path

The Faerie Path is an amazing read!

The book I read was called The Faerie Path . It was written by Frewin Jones and was published in © 2007 by HarperCollins. The Faerie Path is three hundred and twelve pages long. The main in the book is Anita, also known as Tania. She is the seventh daughter of King Oberon. She has the ability to cross between the mortal world and the faerie world. The second most main character is Evan, also known as Edric. He is Lord Gabriel's servant. He also is Anita's true love. The antagonist is Lord Gabriel, who is the Duke of Weir. He was Tania's fiance before she disappeared.

The Faerie Path is about a girl named Anita, who finds out that she is the one faerie who walks both worlds. When Anita is transported to the faerie world, she finds out she is the long lost princess there. Anita is then forced to remember her past, even though all she wants to do is get back home. During the time she learns of her supposed past, Anita learns of a greater threat that she may cause. Anita must then find a way to free her love and stop the one who has threatened her. She must do this by using her powers to find a weapon that will destroy anything in the Faerie world. As she looks for the weapon, she gets help from unexpected places and is betrayed in even more shocking ones. Follow Anita as she journeys to save her new world and find herself at the same time.

This book was a modern faerie tale, which captures the heart and the mind with its captivating characters and the enchanting plot. Frewin Jones weaves an adorable yet sassy story, with a vivid imagination. The characters have startling personalities and you're not really sure who the antagonist is. The Faerie Path keeps you constantly on your toes, but doesn't have so much action that you get tired of it. I think that this book is for girls more than boys. It involves romance and girl topics. I loved how the book had so many surprises. I was shocked more than once, like when Anita was betrayed. I felt that this book was a very complex, sweet, and mysterious book. The Faerie Path has many wonderful traits and I absolutely adored it.
