The title of my book is called The Looking Glass Wars. The author is Frank Beddor. The date that this book was published was in the year 2006. The Looking Glass Wars contains 358 pages. There are three main characters in this book whose names are Alyss Heart, Dodge, and Aunt Redd. Alyss Heart is a young woman who is to be the queen of the Queendom. Alyss is someone who has a very powerful imagination and is very kind and considerate. Dodge is a young man who is a friend to Alyss. He is a very strong person who is willing to fight anyone who hurts his friends and family. Aunt Redd is the sister of Queen Genevieve. She got banished from the Queendom long ago for killing her parents. She is a very mean person that shows no mercy to anyone or any creature and will kill you if you get in the way of her plans.

This book is about how a young girl name Alyss is about to be queen of her own Queendom. But her Aunt Redd kills almost everyone Alyss loves and knows. Redd takes over the Queendom and proves that she is the most powerful ruler in the land. Since Redd was to powerful, Alyss runs to hide in another dimension to train until she grows powerful enough to over throw her Aunt Redd. Years have passed since Redd ruled the Queendom, when Alyss’s friend came to bring Alyss back to her rightful dimension. There Alyss grew very strong because she had gone through a portal that trains princesses to become powerful queens. Alyss had gathered together an army that too hated Queen Redd to take back the Queendom and give it to the rightful ruler, Princess Alyss. Then Alyss and her soldiers charged into Redd’s fortress and fought ever single one of Redd’s soldiers. When the fight was over Alyss had been victorious in getting rid of her Aunt Redd and brought back the Queendom’s glory. And Alyss continued to rule the Queendom with the right virtues of a great queen.

This book is a fun read. When I read every page of this book, it kept adding to the excitement of the story. The author wrote the book with fine detail and a great imagination. Reading this book would make you think after every chapter what will happen next, what is she going to do, will she survive, and a bunch of other things. The author writes this book as if you were really there experiencing the action. When reading this book it gives the reader the imagination to imagine what is going on in the book. Almost anyone would want to read this book. Anyone would enjoy this book because it is a great read that will not fail to reach the interest of the reader.
