Greetings,
It has been an amazing April.
We are so blessed to be here together at Holy Rosary School.
This past month our students participated in the Contra
Costa Science Fair and Young Author’s Fair and won several
awards. Thank you to Mrs. Dixon, Mr. Swanson, Mrs. Clement,
and Mrs. Stephens for all of their extra efforts to make
these events happen. Many thanks to our Science and Writing
teachers who inspire and instruct our students.
This past month we celebrated
the talent of our students with the Talent Show! It was
excellent. We have three new parent chairs who made this
event happen. Without parents leading the way for the
school we would not be able to have such exciting, spirit
filled events. Thank you to Helen Rozman, Gerald Joseph and
Stacey Laspina. We all can’t wait for next year.
The auction was great fun
with Lara Cook, Kari Reiser, and many more parents helping
to lead the way for an evening of fun and fundraising.
Thank you for your dedication to the school. Many thanks to
the room parents who helped create the classroom auction
item gifts. Also, thank you to the faculty and staff who
give of their time to make special auction items or events.
Our school visions team has
been hard at work with John LeBarre. Our April
sessions helped clean our campus and started getting us
ready for all those summer projects. We are also
grateful to the 8th grade class led by Mrs. VanderKlugt and
Mrs. Velazquez for hosting the Tea-rific Tea. The 8th
Grade parents gave much joy that day to all those who were
there. Make sure you don't miss next year!
Thank you for all you do to
keep Holy Rosary a safe and beautiful place. Our prayers
are with you always. When life and the news can be a bit
much to hear know that there are good things happening here,
today in your life at Holy Rosary School. We have our faith
and our church. It is the base, the foundation for us all.
There are many families experiencing difficult times right
now and need your prayers and positive spirit. Celebrate in
the good and keep your spirits positive. Make Holy Rosary
your place of peace.
