How is religion integrated into the school day?
Religion is a central part of our curriculum and daily life at school. Students begin and end their day in prayer, fostering a strong spiritual foundation. They also participate in Faith Families, where they build fellowship and support each other in faith. In addition to classroom instruction, students attend Mass once a week as a school, deepening their connection to the Eucharist and the Catholic community. Other religious activities include adoration, class retreats, and regular opportunities to reflect on Catholic teachings, the sacraments, and the life of Jesus. Our goal is to help students develop a personal relationship with God and integrate their faith into every aspect of their daily lives.
What is the role of parents in the school community? Parents are vital partners in the education of their children. We encourage parents to be actively involved through volunteering, participating in the Parent Teacher Guild, and supporting school events. Parental involvement strengthens our sense of community and helps us foster a supportive learning environment for all students. All volunteers must review and meet the requirements.
What kind of school events and traditions do you have? We have a rich tradition of school-wide events, including annual retreats, service projects, religious celebrations (such as First Communion), sports competitions, and performances. These events are an important part of our school culture and provide opportunities for students to bond, grow in faith, and serve others.
Is there an opportunity for students to go on field trips? Yes, we offer a variety of field trips at all grade levels to enhance the curriculum and provide hands-on learning experiences. Field trips are designed to be both educational and fun, and are aligned with our Catholic values.
