Holy Rosary

The following is a list of available financial aid programs. Holy Rosary School requires that all families requesting financial assistance apply for the Diocese of Oakland FACE Grant through PSAS.  Please contact the school with any questions. All Applications are due by TBD.

IMPORTANT: All grants (exclusive of Basic Fund) require the FACE application to be completed with a nominal processing fee. Application deadlines are strictly adhered to.

Diocese of Oakland FACE Grant - www.oakdiocese.org/giving/face
Description: The Diocese of Oakland provides a grant to students based on income and special circumstances. Applications for the 2025 - 2026 school year are available online on January 1, 2025. 
Requirments: Available to all families requesting financial aid. The FACE application is mailed directly to FACE. Applications can be completed online at  www.oakdiocese.org/giving/face. Please retain a copy for your records and provide a copy to the school. The office has a limited number of paper copies on hand, until supplies last. You are strongly encouraged to apply online. 

The BASIC Fund - www.basicfund.org 
Description: The BASIC Fund is an outside source available to families who qualify for the program and/or meet the income criteria set by The BASIC Fund. 
Requirments: Income criteria guidelines are strictly adhered to. Available to all new students for grades Pre-K through 8th grade. Applications are available online at http://www.basicfund.org. Please retain a copy for your records and provide a copy to the school. Applications must be downloaded from the website. Paper copies are available at the office if needed.   

Jeffry Perpetual Scholarship
Description: Dr. and Mrs. Jeffry provide two students a ½ tuition scholarship. The scholarship is based on income, special circumstances and student’s grades and conduct. 
Requirements: Provide a copy of the PSAS application and a letter requesting consideration for this scholarship. Available to returning students in grades 5th-8th only. This scholarship may not be combined with any other aid. We ask that you respect the privacy of Dr. and Mrs. Jeffry. Questions regarding this scholarship must be made to the school. Due by March 15, 2025. 

Parish Tuition Assistance (School Aid) For Families Registered & Participating at Holy Rosary Parish
Description: The 4th Sunday second collection is allocated to subsidize families in need of assistance throughout the school year. A tuition subsidy is based on income and special circumstances. 
Requirements: Copy of the FACE application is required. Available to returning families only. Holy Rosary School will not assume responsibility for incomplete or late applications. Due by March 15, 2025.
