If you would like to volunteer or attend our field trips the following items below must be completed and returned to our school office. 

1. Virtus Safe Environment Certification - Make an account and use the drop down to look for Oakland Diocese. Take the tutorial module and complete the Safe Environment training. https://www.virtusonline.org/virtus/

2. TB Clearance - Test must read negative. 

3. Livescan - You must have a Livescan specifically for Holy Rosary School. Please come to the school office and get the Livescan form and the list of approved Livescan sites. 

4. Review and sign volunteer agreement and Christian Code of Conduct.
